Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. Universal Air Hawaii is operated by Ward Design Center Inc. Universal Air Hawaii sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in on our website forms (by checking the text-message consent box) or who text us first at (808) 400-6593. Messages are about your service request: confirming your request, scheduling and arrival updates, estimates, follow-ups, and replies to your questions.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless carrier about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START to (808) 400-6593 or opt in again on our website.

Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
