We're an Oahu company, and we work where we live. From Kapolei to Hawaii Kai and from Mililani to Kaneohe, we know how island heat, humidity, salt air and vog wear on air conditioners, and what it takes to keep them running.

Universal Air is a locally owned Oahu company. Many Oahu homes were built for trade winds, not air conditioning. As AC in Honolulu homes grew from about 14% in 1970 to about 70% in 2019, the job changed: ductless split AC retrofits, condo upgrades and systems that have to hold up to salt and humidity. That is the work we focus on.
